Hi guys, in this tutorial I wanna show you if our phone has activated reactivation lock
0:12
I've got Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android 5.0 and in this device we can check it in both ways
0:20
The first one is by entering the main menu and settings. So first of all we should input the pattern lock if we have one
0:30
Then we should tap apps, find settings and select it. Then under system tab we should choose security
0:46
Here is the system tab. And as we see security is right here, we can tap it
0:55
Then we have a couple of options and under find my iPhone tab in the lower part we can
1:03
see reactivation lock. In this case reactivation lock is unclicked so this protection isn't activated in this phone
1:15
The second option to check it is by entering the download mode
1:20
It's very useful if we haven't got access to main menu. So in this method we should turn off our phone by holding down the power button
1:37
The menu should show up. We should choose power off and confirm operation by typing power off
1:49
When our device is switched off we should find the power button, home button and volume
1:56
down and hold down this combination for a few seconds
2:06
We can release our keys when menu and warning show up. As we see to enter download mode we should tap volume up
2:19
I'm gonna do it. And here we are in download mode. As we see in the upper part we can a couple of information
2:36
We can read that reactivation lock is off in my case
2:46
To switch off the download mode we should hold down the power button for a few seconds
3:04
Our phone is rebooting and restarting. Thank you guys
