Hello, in this video I want to show you a few tricks which can improve how you use your Razer Viper Ultimate
0:12
First thing is to go to your Windows settings and locate the mouse
0:18
So find the mouse in normal settings, open it. Then you can go for additional mouse options, pointer options and make sure that entrance pointer precision is disabled
0:32
And right here I usually go for this 6 dots and let's go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and here I will select that and apply the settings
0:48
Here your mouse should be more precise with all of these settings applied
0:55
Next thing is to download Razer signups from the Razer website and add the mouse right here
1:04
Click on it. Now you can customize your mouse, so add any of the buttons you want to use and this should improve on how quick you react to certain things in the games
1:19
So for example you can equip a knife with button 4 in a specific game
1:27
I would also make sure to use a mouse in a dominant hand which is right for me
1:33
If it's left for you I would change it to that one
1:38
You can also go for performance and here enable sensitivity stages and going for 5 is always too complicated for me so I usually go for 2 or 3
1:50
3 is most optimal and first one I always use for browsing through my PC and this sensitivity is set between 600 and 700
2:03
Second is for gaming and here I use it about 1000. Next one is around 1600 and this allows me to basically adapt to a specific game
2:19
Also pulling rate which should be set to the maximum always and that's 1000
2:24
It improves on how your mouse sensor refreshes and that's very important
2:30
Lighting is not as much important so I'm gonna skip it. There's a calibration which you can use a smart tracking so if you don't have any specific mouse pad I would use a normal smart tracking around the default settings which is 2
2:48
There's also manual calibration and here you can add a specific surface for your device so you can use all of the Razer mouse pads or create a custom one
3:00
Go for start and right here click left mouse button and move the mouse and it should calibrate your mouse if you move it in a pattern shown on the screen right now
3:18
Now let go of the button and click again. Here we have our mouse mat set up and you can also change the surface distance so that's around 5 for me
3:32
Enable asymmetric cutoff and here you can also change the landing distance
3:38
There's also a power and here I would go for low power mode and enable it for 5% and that works when your mouse is wireless
3:48
It will enter low power mode when it's around 5% of a battery charge
3:54
There's also enter sleep mode which I would go for 15 minutes maximum
3:59
And that's all of the settings I would recommend to change for this mice
4:04
