Hi everyone, in front of me I've got a TCL TAP10 and let me share with you how to enable
0:11
developer options on this device. So first of all we have to enter the settings and now let's scroll down to the very bottom
0:18
to find the system. Now let's find the About tablet which should be at the very top and now scroll down in
0:25
order to find the build number. And all we have to do right now is to simply keep tapping on it until you'll see that you're
0:31
in the developer mode. Your device will ask you if you want to turn them on because they're advanced and you may
0:39
change something very important but no worries just tap on OK. And as you can see here we have the information that the developer mode has been applied
0:49
Be aware that if you've got any kind of screen not currently set then your device will ask
0:53
you to enter it in order to confirm your whole step. So now we can go back to the system settings and scroll down
1:02
As you can see here we've got the developer options so let's enter and here we've got
1:07
plenty of advanced settings which we can customize so for example we can enable the strict mode
1:14
we can show GPU view updates, we can change the window animation scale, show visual feedback
1:21
for tabs. Here we've got some options which are connected to the Bluetooth and overall to the networking
1:26
because as you can see we've got also USB and the Wi-Fi here so a lot of options
1:32
So in order to turn on the option all you have to do is to simply tap on the switch
1:37
on it and as you can see it will be immediately activated and applied
1:41
Of course you can turn it off the same way. If you've got the options without the switcher like here in the window animation scale just
1:47
tap on it in order to open much more advanced settings. So if you're done with customization of developer options and if you'd like to turn them off
1:55
just tap on the switcher at the very top. As you can see all, actually most of the options will be inactive and after getting back to
2:02
the system settings the developer options will disappear. But of course no worries you can customize them again, just go back to the build number
2:09
step and keep tapping. So actually this is it, this is how to enable developer options in your TCL Tab 10
