So if you want to open the home screen settings, just hold the finger on the empty place on the home screen and you will see that you have a few options

The wallpaper, a little bit obvious, but you can select it in this place

You can also try to download a live wallpaper. So just click apply, choose the place for it and now we have a live wallpaper
