screen timeout duration on this watch. Basically how quickly the screen turns off after you stop

using your watch. First we need to wake up the screen on our watch and you can do it by pressing

the upper button. After you wake up the screen you can press the upper button to open the menu

Now you can scroll through the menu, find the settings icon and tap on it to enter the settings

In settings find the display option and tap on it. And here scroll down, find the option called screen timeout and select it

And once you select screen timeout it will open this menu and here we have the list of

durations. We have 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15, 20 seconds, 25 and 30. So select the duration you
