Welcome. In front of me is a Vivo Y21s and today I'll show you how you can copy contacts from the SIM card to the device

So to get started, you want to open up the standalone contacts application, which is located in the Google folder

From here, I'm just going to point out that this single contact that is visible right here is located on the phone storage

which you can see right over here where it shows this icon of a phone. If I were logged into something like a Google account, that would be selectable right here

I am not, so as you can see it doesn't show it, but it also allows me to show contacts from the SIM card by tapping on it

Regardless, continuing with the import, all you need to do is click on the three bars right over here, navigate to settings, select import, import from SIM

and this will then show you all the contacts that are located on the SIM card

By default, they will be all selected as long as none of these contacts already exist on your device

If some of the contacts exist, the phone will automatically deselect this contact and grey it out so you won't be able to select it yourself

And that only applies to duplicate contacts. Now, going back to what I was saying with the Google account, if you're logged in, you will have two options where you can import your contacts

By default, the phone will opt into your Google account, but right here somewhere you would have like this drop-down menu
