hard reset the device through settings. So to get started, obviously you want to open up your settings from here, scroll all the

way down and you'll find general management category and in here you'll have reset

And you select reset and here you have factory data reset option and when you click on it

it gives you info what it will remove right here. So the first four things that it removes, you don't need to worry about, those are the

things that you can re-login to and regain. But things that do might matter are things like music, photos and user data

So if you keep those things locally on the storage of the device, you do want to make

a copy of it, assuming you want to keep it. If you don't want to keep it, then completely disregard this and proceed further by selecting

reset at the bottom. Now if you have some kind of screen lock on your tablet, you will need to confirm it right here

I do have a pattern as you can see. And once you confirm it, you can then select delete all, which will begin the process
