Here I have Moto X4 and let me show you how to take screenshots on the following phone

At first use your power key to switch on your device and unlock the screen, then find the

screen that you want to capture, in my case it could be for example a list of downloads

and let's assume that I want to save the following screen. So all I have to do is simply use the following combination of keys, volume down and power key

Let's hold down together these two keys for about 2 seconds and as you can see the device

just took a screenshot. Let me show you one more time so hold down, volume down and power key together and as

you can see and hear the device just took a screenshot. So if you would like to share, edit or delete taken screenshots you have to find screenshot folder

The quickest way to do it is by using upper bar right here and by tapping screenshot capture button

Choose either gallery or photos and as you can see you have to allow gallery if this
