Hi everyone. In front of me I've got a Motorola Moto G14 and let me show with
0:05
you how to check the total screen time on this device. So let's start with opening the settings and then we have to scroll down to the very very bottom to find
0:17
digital well-being and parental controls. Let's tap on it. Here we've got the graph which will show us for how long we've been using this
0:25
device today. You can see that I've been using it for 11 minutes and most of the
0:30
time I've spent on the settings and the phone and other apps. You've got also the
0:35
unlock and the notifications count. And basically you've got also two different
0:39
ways to check some further details if you want to. You can tap inside this
0:43
graph and here you will be able to check the total screen time which you've spent
0:50
basically on the screen time in particular days. So you can compare it
0:55
compare the usage and under it you've got all of the apps listed with and the
0:59
exact time of spent on them. You can of course change the screen time to the
1:03
notifications received and times opened. And the second way is to tap not inside
1:08
but kind of outside the graph so we can freely pick the app. For example the
1:12
settings so simply tap on it and again we've got this dashboard but this time
1:16
it is tightly connected with the app. You can change the screen time again and
1:21
you can change it from daily to hourly. So under it there are some ways to
1:28
disconnect also. So basically I highly recommend to use them whether you feel
1:32
that you're spending too much time on the screen. You can set for example the
1:37
focus mode and mark some particular apps. Set a schedule and your device will
1:43
basically for example limit the notifications from those apps instead in the hours of your choice. Alright so that would be all. Thank you so much for

watching. I hope that this video was helpful and if it was please hit the
