Here I have Alcatel Plus 10 and let me show you how to remove apps and settings from the

following device. So at the very beginning let's start by using a power key right here

So let's switch on your device by holding a power button. Then let's unlock the screen

Let's find and select settings. So let me tap Windows button in that corner

And here you have settings. Let's choose it. Let's make it bigger

Here you have a couple of settings that you can use. Let's choose update and security, the last one right here

Let's tap it. Let's navigate here on the left bar from that menu

Let's choose recovery right here. And here you have reset this PC

So if your PC isn't running well, resetting it might help. This lets you to choose to keep your files or remove them and reinstall Windows

So that's what we need. Let's tap get started. And as you can see here you have two options

You can keep my files, so remove apps and settings, but keep all of your personal files

Or you can choose remove everything. So remove all of your personal files, apps and settings

As I said, let me just erase apps and settings. So let's choose keep my files, the first option right here

Let's tap it. And as you can see, your apps will be removed

Many apps can be reinstalled from the store, but the following apps we will need to be

reinstalled from the web or installation disks. So the list will be saved to the DeskOpt after you install this PC

So as you can see, after this operation you will get a list of apps that were removed
