Hello, in this video I'm going to show you how to export emails from Outlook

So as you can see I'm using the Outlook 365 version that comes with Office 365

And if you want to export your emails like in your inbox or something

You want to go to the file then go to the open and export

And then select import export Setting which is this one right here

Then it will bring you to this import and export wizard and you're gonna choose the

Option export to a file then you have two options to Export to a CSV file, which is an Excel file by the way and

export to the Outlook data file, which is a .PST file and it could be opened

with the Outlook application, so I'm going to choose the PST file and we are going to click next and then you can select

what you would like to Export So you can export inbox, drafts, send items, deleted items and everything you have right here, even the contacts
