Welcome, in front of me is a Vivo Y21s and today I'll show you how you can insert SIM and SD card into this phone

And before we get started you will need to grab a SIM eject tool similar to this one which comes provided with the device in the box, but if you can't find it

you could also use a paper clip. Try now one of the ends and it should work just as well

Now once you have either one of those you want to pop out the tray which is located at the top of the device

Find a little insert hole which is right next to the tray and

then push the little pin in and as you can see the tray will come out. Enough for you to grab it and take it out

Now on the tray you have space for one dedicated SD card and two dedicated SIM cards

Now you can insert the cards. I'll be occupying one of each

Like so. And from there carefully insert back into your device. Carefully because there's nothing holding those cards in place apart from gravity

Once the cards are in place they will start working right away. It's looking for reception. Let's give it a second
