Hi everyone, here we've got Nokia C20 and let me share with you how to block a number

on this device. So actually we can do it using two different ways, firstly using directly the contact list

and then using the settings. Of course I'll show you both options, so let's enter the contacts first of all and find the

contact you would like to block and tap on it. Now let's tap on this 3.2 in the right upper corner and tap on block numbers

And as you can see your device will ask you if you really want to block this number, what's more you can report it as a spam, I don't want to do that, so let's untick this option

and tap on block if you are ready. And as you can see this number, actually both of those numbers are blocked, so it means

that we won't receive any incoming calls or text messages from it

Obviously you can unblock it the same way just by tapping on this option on block numbers

it is in the same place, but let me leave it blocked because I would like to check if

it will actually appear on the blacklist. So let me show you another way to block a number, you can do it using contacts, reasons

or favorites, it doesn't really matter, just tap on this 3.2 in the right upper corner

and enter the settings, that was a misclick, enter the settings. Now let's tap on blocked numbers and as you can see this is our blacklist and those numbers

are from our contact list, so we just successfully added them here

What's more we can add a number manually just by tapping on this option and entering the

number and tapping on block. As you can see it also immediately appears on the blacklist

What's more here we've got the unknown option, so after activating that your device will

block calls from unidentified caller, so that's quite cool option. You can obviously turn it off whenever you want to

And if you would like to unblock the numbers, just tap on this X buttons right next to them

and tap on unblock to confirm. And as you can see they immediately disappear, so it means that from now on you will receive
