Welcome and follow me using iPhone 11 and today I'll show you a couple tweaks and tricks that
0:09
you can do on your device. So we're gonna start off with the ability to change the
0:13
theme into dark mode which previously was not very available and to do it you
0:20
want to go into the display brightness and the settings so display brightness
0:24
and then you have the option a light and dark. If you change it to dark you can see
0:28
that everything turns dark, control panel or control center as well and even the
0:33
wallpaper. So all the stock wallpapers of iPhone that come in there basically have
0:39
like two modes to them so you can see this one is right now in the dark one
0:42
and if I would go back and change it see clearly it turns to light and there's
0:48
multiple other ones that you can go see around and even I believe that they're
0:53
shown in two different states. If you would actually go into wallpapers and
0:59
wherever they are, choose a new wallpaper, you can see I think it's the light ones
1:11
now you can see basically it's like sliced in half and you can see both
1:15
both of the states of the wallpaper in light and dark mode. Okay so moving on
1:22
we're gonna go into that screenshot which I for some reason struggle with
1:27
finding it anyway but basically you hold volume up and or not even hold you just
1:31
tap on it like so and previously would hold it till it flashes now it's just
1:37
tap otherwise you will go into the power off I think yep there it is so that's a
1:45
simple one. Then moving on we're gonna go into the screen recording which can be
1:52
accessible through the control center as long as you actually enable it here
1:56
because it's not really advertised anywhere so you need to go into the settings and then in the main page find control center right here customize
2:06
control center and then find screen recording which is right here tap on the
2:11
plus moves up top right here and now if I pull it down you can see that there is
2:15
a screen recording and if I were to enable it now let's say close this and
2:22
you get an icon that it's actually recording and whatever I do now on the
2:28
phone it will be actually recorded so stop it and click on the video itself
2:34
stop and continue whatever let's progress you can see that it's playing
2:38
right now everything I have recorded previously. So a neat feature that is
2:45
kind of hidden. Now moving on we're gonna go into a thing that I feel
2:51
everybody should change which is the video quality of your recording so if
2:56
you turn on the camera and you go into the video I think by default it's 1080p
3:03
at 30 even we'll see in a second but basically you can change the quality of
3:09
the recording if you go into the main settings page and then go down to I
3:14
think it's camera somewhere on the bottom right here and you have record
3:20
videos and it's yeah 1080p at 30 frames so that's kind of outdated of a setting
3:25
so we can change it to 4k 60 or 4k 30 or 4k 24 if you want to have cinematic
3:34
experience but you can also keep it a smaller file size and go into 1080p at
3:40
60 now I would always take out 60 it just looks way better when you have
3:44
twice as many frames than normally so whatever you choose and just tap on it
3:50
and now if you would go into the camera just allow once now whenever you record the video it will be at 4k 60 so the
4:00
video will be way more smooth and looks will look a little bit better so yeah
4:07
and the last thing I want to show is just a simple kind of I guess trick not
4:16
really sure how to call it but whenever you change the volume for instance you get this little bar on the side and normally if you want to change it you
4:25
have to continue clicking but you can actually just click on it once you can
4:29
actually drag it and move it around and change the volume quicker by just
4:35
sliding that dial right there but yeah that will basically conclude the list
4:41
and if you found this very helpful don't forget to hit like subscribe and thanks
