And fun on me is an Uppo-Rino 3 Pro and today I'll show you a couple of tweaks and tricks
0:11
that I can do on this device. So we're going to begin with the dark mode which can find when you pull that notification
0:17
panel and it's this little sun icon right here and you toggle it on, goes through
0:22
animation and there we go. So now the device is in dark mode
0:27
And it also includes things like your apps. So for instance you can see there's your dialer app
0:33
If you go to your messages, it's also in a dark mode. Your Chrome should be as well, or well, I guess it ain't
0:42
But yeah, majority of the pre-installed apps that are from Apple will be in dark mode, well, every other app will most likely need to have some integration with it to work correctly
0:54
But yeah. Now, if you want to disable the dark mode, all you do is just tuggle it back on
0:59
and there we go it's back to normal then the second thing that I want to show is the
1:06
refresh rate so this display actually comes with a 90 hertz refresh refresh so
1:14
you can actually have more data being displayed per second as you would normally do and I'm not really
1:21
not really sure how to explain it without really showing it because even if I change it which if you want to
1:29
to set it up it's going to be under display and screen refresh right here so
1:35
there we go you set it to 90 and now it going to be smoother basically so the way I could explain this is imagine a slideshow and as you normally have slides
1:50
Imagine that for each second you get 60 slides. That's basically the normal refresh rate of the display
1:57
So you have 60 images being displayed per second when you're moving
2:03
So every second, whatever we're doing, you have 60 different changes on a screen
2:08
but if you change it to 90 that that basically goes from 60 to 90 slides so you have more content being shown on the screen more frequently that's making for instance scrolling seem much more smooth and just kind of like fluid and this is basically system-wide so everything you do will have that nice feel really highly advised to try it out if you have never experienced this before it does make in my opinion
2:38
difference. Then moving on we're going to swipe down for notifications so when you
2:44
slide down you get this search option and this will substitute the search option so if
2:50
you want to have that one then if you prefer to use a search then the tweak isn't
2:56
really for you but if you rather have the swipe down for notification panel so you
3:00
don't actually have to go all the way to the top to get the notification panel then
3:05
you can try that out. So again, let's go into the settings
3:10
And from here, we're going to go into home screen right here
3:16
And then let's go. There we go. It's right here. Swipe down for home screen
3:24
And you have a global search or notification center Check that on and now you can see that we can slide the notification panel from
3:33
basically below the screen and it will open up from anywhere you slide down
3:39
Just a nice change in my opinion I rather have the notification panel than the search
3:44
Then moving on it's going to be the animation speed. On this device in my opinion the animation of like
3:52
As you can see, this specifically is a bit too long, and overall, I just like to have everything fast
4:02
So, to change the animation speed, we're going to go into About Phone
4:09
So, Oops, not what I wanted. So About Phone, there we go
4:13
Then go into version right here, and you'll have the build number
4:17
Top on that, seven times. Now, this will pop up if you have some kind of protection
4:22
which i2 as you can see so you'll need to confirm it and then you will get the you are now in
4:27
developer mode so from here go back to the main settings page right here and you want to go into
4:33
additional settings where you will find the developer options so right over here and from here
4:39
we'll find the animation speeds so let's just look for that i think i already passed it
4:48
there it is so you have window animation scale transition animation scale and animation
4:52
duration scale and each one of them is by default set it to 1 so if you set it to 0.5 this will be
5:00
twice as fast of an animation which you can see right now it's ready way faster than this
5:06
before but you can also go a little bit crazier and set it all to off and this will remove the animation all together and everything is now instant so
5:16
This is more if you want to get stop wasting time and waiting for the animation and have everything be basically shown instantly
5:27
And the last number one is show is the split screen option so simply it allows you to multitask and how you do it is for instance you open up a up and the first
5:36
First up you open, you can then go to recent, tap on the two dots right here and go into split screen
5:42
So the first step, like I said, that you go into split screen with will be on top. And then all you need to do is open up a different app that you wish to open
5:51
For instance, there's YouTube. As an example, that's what I'm going to use. And now you could do something on your browser while still listening, for instance, to music or watching some video
6:04
So probably better position would be for YouTube to be on top, so that's probably how you would open that first
6:10
And also one more thing that I want to mention is not every app is supported in split screen
6:15
So for instance, I believe camera probably won't be. So if you encounter an app that isn't, it's going to close the split screen function
6:25
So as you can see now, camera went to full screen and everything is browser that on top is gone
6:30
So you would have to just reopen that. But that is basically how you use the split screen
6:37
So if you found these tweaks and tricks helpful, don't forget to hit that like button, subscribe
