Hello, today I will show you how to start the Stamina mode on your Sony Smartband 2

So first let's unlock the phone and swipe up. This has to be the phone where you installed the Smartband on and it has to be paired with it

If you have a Smartband 2 application installed on it, open it

And here you can see what mode your band is currently in and as you can see, currently

our Smartband is in normal mode. Select this option. Here you have the Stamina mode options

You can select to have them always on and this means that all the automatic background

heart rate, stress and recovery logging will be turned off when Stamina mode is turned on

You can also select for it to be only turned on when the battery is low

This means that the device will be turned on for longer but also that when your battery

Or you can simply fully turn it off and now no matter what, your Smartband will be sending
