In the beginning go to Google App, enter More and Settings. Go to Google Assistant, Lock Screen and make sure that this function is enabled

Now enter Voice Match and also make sure that this function is enabled

Now you can simply lock the screen and say, Hey Google, what's the weather like tomorrow
