Welcome, in front of me I have Samsung Galaxy A31 and I'm gonna show you how to insert the

SIM card and SD card into this device. Let's start by locking the screen on our phone

To do it press the power button. Now let's find the SIM card and SD card tray on our phone and on this device it's located

on the left side, right here at the top. Let's place our phone like that

And here we have the SIM card and SD card tray. Next to it we have this small hole and we can use it to open the tray

To do it just take some kind of pin, for example paper clip or the pin tool that comes usually

with your phone. It just needs to be right size. Then insert it into this small hole next to the SIM card and SD card tray, like this

And push it in to open the tray. As you can see the tray popped out

Now we can remove it. Okay. Let's place our phone right here

And take our tray. Here's our SIM card and SD card tray

To place the SIM card on it simply take a SIM card like this and place it on a tray

like that. And only fits one way, so don't worry. And for the SD card it's the same

Just take the SD card, place it on the tray, like that

Now we can insert the tray into our phone. So let's rotate it, like this

And slide it in, into our phone. Slowly till the end, like that
