hard reset this device through recovery mode. This process would also remove screen locks so if you have one set up

you can get rid of it this way. Now to get started all you need to do is hold

the power key and select power off. Once the device turns off you will hold power

key and volume up. It'll give it a couple of seconds like 10 seconds after it

turns off before you start holding those two keys. Now when you see the

Infinix logo on the screen let go of just the power key but keep holding

volume up. Now when you see this page let go of your volume up as well and to get
