from a SIM card to the phone. So to get started, we will first open up our dialer application right over here

Then you want to navigate into your contacts, tap on the four dots, settings, import export

and then choose where you want to import your contacts from, so SIM card

This will display all the contacts that are located on your SIM card. Now you can quickly select all of them by tapping right over here on select all

If you don't want all of them, but for instance majority of them, this still applies, you

can select all, and then deselect contacts that you don't want. Now once you have everything that you do want selected, click on import right over here

Now it gives us pop up, it only gives me one option right here which is import contacts

to phone. Now I believe if you would be logged into something like a Huawei account, this might

show up right here as well as a secondary option, though I am not logged into it so

obviously it won't show up here. And I want to import contacts to the phone anyway so that's what I'm going to tap on

And that's all you needed to do. Now when we go back, you should find your contacts right here

Now as you can see they are now duplicated, you have the ones that are on the SIM card which are, this is on the SIM card, this is on the SIM card, this

So if I were to remove the SIM card right now, these contacts would simply disappear
