Welcome. I'm from Lomax HomeTom S9+, and today I'll show you how to hard reset the device

through the factory mode. So to get started, let's hold the power key and select power off

And wait for the device to turn off. It does take a little bit of a time for it to actually turn

off. It will be indicated by a vibration on the device. And once it does that, you want to hold

power key and volume down. And you want to hold those keys specifically till the moment you see

a logo on the screen, the HomeTom logo, at which point you want to immediately let go of the power

key, but keep holding volume down. Now that there was the vibration, I'm going to start holding the

keys. So power key and volume down. There's the logo, so let go of the power key

Give it a second and it will boot in. There we go. So in this mode, you want to use volume

keys to scroll down. Unfortunately, only volume down seems to work. Volume up does nothing

And you want to select the third option from the bottom, the one where you can actually see a

letters EMMC. This is clear EMMC, which is the same thing as factory reset of a device

So from here, once it's selected, press volume, not volume, but power key

It will give you, again, only word data that I can read, but it should say clearing data or

clear data, something like that. And then it will just begin the process. Now this will take

a couple minutes, so just be patient. And once it's finished, we'll be then greeted
