Let's tap it and let's tap more. As you can see here you have to decide that you would like to use total silence

So this blocks all sounds and vibrations including from alarms, music, videos and of course games

But what's more important you'll still be able to make a phone calls. You can also choose priority only and here you won't be disturbed by sounds and vibrations
