So to start you will need to launch settings. Here find and enter the special function category

Then scroll all the way bottom. Open the accessibility preferences. Here find and tap at the talkback

And there are a few options you can enable and disable it. The first option is this use talkback toggle

So you'll have this little icon on your screen which you can move around by the way and place it wherever pretty much

And you can go into talkback settings and change them here. And also as far as I know there is another alternative way to conveniently switch the talkback feature off without this toggle
