into safe mode. And to get started you want to hold the power key and when you see boot options right here

hold power off. This in turn will bring up this window right here, reboot to safe mode, so let's confirm

it by tapping on OK. And I'm waiting for the device to boot back up

Now once it does boot back up it will be in the desired mode and if you have never used

safe mode before I will warn you that this enables all third party applications that

you have installed, so any kind of app that you have installed from Play Store will not

be able to start nor you will be able to start it, so the only apps that you can use are

the ones that come pre-installed with the device. Additionally you will have this watermark as you can see right here just so you are

aware you are in this mode and obviously you can see right here widgets don't work as well

and any kind of app that is greyed out like this, those are the apps that you won't be

able to use if you try, you can see download apps disabled and safe mode, so you can't

use them. And any kind of app that was with the device, that basically comes with the device pre-installed

will be able to run, as you can see Chrome runs, contacts and so on

So that is how you would boot into safe mode and to leave it all you need to do is hold

the power key and this then runs select restart, confirm it and once the device is back on

it will be then back in normal mode. And as you can see it's now back in normal mode
