Welcome! In front of me is a Sharp Aquis D10 and today I'll show you how to
0:10
transfer photos or videos from the phone to SD card and vice versa. So to get started
0:17
I'm actually gonna take a photo so I have something to transfer. There we go
0:24
there's a photo and now let's go and do the files up. So let's find it. It's right
0:31
here. Files and I just right on here and you will see the SD card. You can just
0:40
tap on it and it will show you basically all the things that are on the SD card
0:45
I'm more interested in the internal storage whatever that is. Let's see. Show
0:54
internal storage. Okay so there it is. Once you select it, it appears right here. So
1:04
from here you can just tap on the internal storage and if you're trying to
1:08
move photos that you have captured with this device they will be located under
1:12
DCIM just as mine will be under the camera as you can see. Videos should
1:17
also be here just in a different folder. If you're looking for screenshots that
1:22
you have taken with the device they'll be under pictures and music
1:28
downloads or music movies stuff like that are usually placed there by a
1:32
person so if you have placed some kind of music or movies in there you will
1:36
know where they are. And another location that things are saved is the download folder. So if you tend to save images from from the Chrome like
1:48
web browser or email stuff like that they will be located under the downloads
1:53
folder. So going back to this we're gonna move the photos and you can find your
2:01
photo so for me it's this one that I have just all taken which I can open up
2:05
right here and you only want to do is just select it by holding it. You can see
2:10
that as a checkmark now and if you have multiple photos you would be just able to tap on them to add more for instance like I'll be able right here just by
2:19
tapping simply on it. So yeah so if you have multiple photos rather comparing to
2:26
me like I have one and you don't want to just tap on all of them because there
2:30
might be like thousand of them you can just select the folder itself by
2:35
holding it and then move the entire folder without actually selecting all
2:39
the photos in there. So once you have selected whatever it is that you want to
2:44
move tap on the three dots and you'll have the two primary option which is copy and move. Now copy will just create an additional copy of of the file that
2:52
you have right here so one will be on the phone and the other one will be located wherever you select it to be moved. While move will just completely
2:59
remove it from where it is right now and move it to the other location. I'm gonna
3:03
use that move option and then gives you the option move to and I'm interested in
3:08
moving it to the SD card and I can just be copied right here. You can also create
3:16
a new folder if you want to move it to a more designated area if you don't have a
3:20
folder for instance VCIM where the photo originated from you can always
3:24
create it but I won't really bother. Just move and you should see a camera folder
3:29
up here and the SD card. So there it is there's the camera folder with the photo
3:37
that was previously visible in there. So that is how you remove photos, videos or
3:44
any kind of other a file from one place to another and if you found this video
3:47
helpful don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
