Welcome, Erfan Umizei Blue Vivo One Plus from 2019 and today I will show you how
0:10
to enable and set up the do not disturb mode. So by default when you pull down
0:15
the notification panel you will find the toggle right here do not disturb mode so you can tap on it and it will be enabled. Now you can also tap on the arrow as I
0:24
just did as you see right here and it will also give you a couple additional
0:29
options so number one by default it looks like it's set up to be until you
0:34
turn it off yourself but you can change it for instance to be disabled after a
0:38
specific period of time so you can see until 1024 and right now on the device
0:44
let's see it's 924 so by default it's one hour if you choose this one but you
0:49
can add two three four depending how many hours you want you can keep adding
0:54
and just tap on done and now it will be enabled for five hours and after those
1:00
five hours it will disable itself but there is also another way you can set it
1:04
up by going into it so hold the toggle like I just did and it will actually
1:08
take you to the settings from where you can set up specific like automatic rules
1:13
that well they do not disturb mode will turn on automatically from here so
1:17
number one priority only allows let's go into here and set it up the point that
1:22
you want to have it and so priority only allows basically if you set priority
1:28
setting for the do not disturb mode things like reminders and events will
1:32
still be able to go through messages and calls so messages none calls from
1:38
contacts only you can change both of them so for instance when you tap on messages you have an option from anyone contacts only can't as well favorite
1:46
contacts and no one so choose whichever one you want that can reach you anyone
1:51
will kind of defeats the purpose of the do not disturb mode because anybody can
1:55
disturb you and contacts only so anybody who is on your contacts stared contacts
2:00
is the favorite ones and none is literally no one and calls have the same
2:04
option so choose which ones you prefer and then you have also the option right
2:09
here if someone calls you with it twice within the 15 minute period it's second
2:13
time they will actually be able to reach you no matter if for instance right now calls are set to no one or actually it looks like get contacts only so if you
2:23
actually have not no one but contact if someone calls you within 15 minute
2:27
period even though there might not be on your contacts the second time they will actually be able to reach you now this sometimes it's a little bit better and
2:37
this device actually doesn't have it but there are other ones for instance that have three minute or five minute period which in my opinion is a little bit more
2:43
suitable for like emergency calls when they really need to reach you and you
2:46
have to not disturb mode so when they really try to reach you they usually
2:50
call once after the first call didn't go through so this would be way better now
2:58
15 minute period I would say it's a little bit too long sometimes my bank
3:01
calls me more more often than 15 minutes so they really are relentless when it
3:07
comes on to money so I would probably not want to have that on but like I said
3:12
it's a matter of preference if you wanted you can have it enabled now we can go back out of here and then we can go into setting up our automatic rule so
3:20
we can for instance create a new one and time rule name it to whatever you want
3:26
just up on okay and there we go so number one days you choose the days that
3:31
you want it to be enabled in so for instance I'm gonna go from Monday to Friday as a work rule so from 9 to 5 upon done it's Monday to Friday now
3:40
start time I want it to start at 9 a.m. there we go okay and I want it to be to
3:46
5 p.m. like so and then do not disturb preference and here's the place where we
3:54
can choose priority only so it will take the settings that we have set up now we
3:59
have a couple other ones we have alarms only which would allow only alarms and
4:03
total silence is basically no one and nothing can reach you so I would advise
4:08
on choosing priority because it's the one that I can actually customize or we
4:12
actually already have customized and then you also have additional option of
4:15
alarm can override at the end time so I also a choice that I can select it or
4:21
not and once you're done you can go back and by default this will turn on from
4:26
Monday to Friday at from 9 to 5 and I'm not sure it looks like it's already on
4:31
automatically because because it's the time of work right now so if you found
4:39
this very helpful don't forget to Like subscribe and thanks for watching
