Welcome, I'm from the Musée Denver SDQ and today I'll show you how to put the release
0:10
setup process off the device. And when you get started, you'll be presented with the welcome screen right over here
0:17
And all you need to do is select your language by tapping on the dropdown and choosing your
0:22
desired language. Now I'll stick with English, so let's tap on Start
0:28
Then you have the page for inserting a SIM card. Now this step is completely optional, you can skip it and it will change nothing
0:37
Basically the moment you insert a SIM card it will work just fine
0:41
And from here on the next page you can connect to Wi-Fi
0:45
Again this is also optional, you can do that later on after you finish the setup
0:49
And the only thing that you won't really see is once you connect to it, during the setup
0:56
you have also the ability to connect to your Google account, which if you choose to connect
1:01
to Wi-Fi later on, you will have to add your Google account separately in a different setting page
1:09
Then from here we have date and time, so choose the date and time, assuming it's not correct
1:15
Now region it's OK-ish, it's not really my region, but the time zone is correct anyway
1:23
Date and time looks to be OK, I think. And the time is also correct, so I can tap on Next
1:33
Then name, so here all you can do is basically write the name of the device or your own
1:40
depending how you like it, and this will become the device's name
1:45
And it will be visible in cases like when you connect your device to your computer
1:50
it will show, for instance, name and then device or phone, or for instance when you
1:59
create a Wi-Fi or hotspot for someone, by default I think it will use the name of the
2:07
device where previously, or also if you leave this empty, it will take the name of the model
2:14
of the device, so it will be something like Denver SDQ 5 5200, or actually no, 52001G
2:28
And then on the next page I can set up a protection for your device, so that would be pin pattern
2:32
or password. I'm going to go through a semi-setup, so for instance I choose pattern right here, and
2:39
all you need to do is just draw the pattern, tap on Next, and redraw it once more and confirm it
2:44
I'm going to skip that out because the display isn't necessarily working the greatest on
2:48
here, so it will be a little bit easier without it. Then we have Google Services, so you can read what each one of them does, as you can see
2:59
And if you don't want them you can deselect them, like so. Keep in mind that certain apps will require those and the moment you try to launch them
3:06
it will basically confront you to enable those, so you can tap on OK and it will turn them on
3:13
But other than that scroll all the way down, tap on I agree
3:18
And we should be right about done with the setup, there we go
3:23
And as you can see, setup is finished. So if you found this very helpful, don't forget to hit like, subscribe, and thanks for watching
