Here I've got Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X and let me show you how to change date and time on

the following device. So at first let's open the settings, then find and select additional settings and here

you will notice date and time. And you can either have an automatic date and time or you can switch it off simply by

tapping on this icon. And now you can set the date and time manually by yourself

Then you can have either 24 hour format clock or you can switch it off to have 12 hour format clock

If you would like to have automatic time zone you can leave it this way but you can also switch it off and select the time zone from the following list
