Welcome, in front of me is the Honor 20 Lite and today I'll show you how to enable the
0:11
power saving mode. Now to get started, simply open up settings, scroll down to the battery section, so right
0:19
over here, and then, as you can see, you have several different modes
0:23
We have the performance mode, which will not really save the battery, do basically
0:27
exact opposite. And for some reason, it apparently will save battery. Not sure how, but oh well
0:37
So as you can see, right now, on the current usability, we have approximately 4 hours and
0:43
17 minutes left of the battery. This number will keep going up because I am plugged into charging
0:51
So we also have the performance mode, which apparently will give us an additional hour
0:56
I believe this might be completely incorrect, because performance mode will put the device
1:01
in overdrive, making it use more battery instead of less. But then we have the power saving mode, which should save power, and it does give us roughly
1:11
2 hours extra. And then we have the ultra power saving mode, which completely makes the device into basically
1:18
a Nokia 3370 or whatever it was, by basically giving you the bare minimum in terms of usability
1:28
So if you want to enable just the normal power saving mode, you can tap on it, let's go enable
1:35
and it should now go to, well, give us the additional hours
1:40
Though it's not really changing, but it is right now enabled, as you can see, based on
1:45
the brightness that has fell down. So that is how you would enable it
1:52
And when you're done with it, make sure you just disable it from here. I'm also going to show you the other option, which is the ultra power saving mode, just
1:59
so you can see how it looks like and how it will affect the device
2:04
So let's enable it, and that is the other ultra power saving mode
2:09
And as you can see from here, you have literally almost nothing. So phone messages, contacts
2:14
When you pull down the notification panel, it gives you access to a couple different
2:18
toggles, like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile, location, and well, navigation dock, which will just
2:24
I believe remove the buttons and make them gestures, but that doesn't really matter here
2:28
So yeah, it's fairly limited, and as you can see, the brightness of the device also just
2:32
got completely crapped on, and it's non-existent. So once you're done with this mode or you want to leave it, whatever the case may be
2:42
you have the little exit button right over here. Simply click on it, choose exit, and this will go back to normal mode, bringing the
2:49
device back to how it was before. So that is how you would enable this, and if you found this very helpful, don't forget
2:56
to hit like, subscribe, and thanks for watching
