Welcome and follow me is a Tecno Spark 10 Pro and today I will show you how you can

hard reset this device through settings. So to get started we're going to open up our settings

In here you want to scroll all the way down to the last option system and then select reset phone

erase all data. This will give you a list of items that will be removed or data more precisely

which most of it or half of it is not very important but the bottom half actually is so

music photos and user data. That's probably the only thing that you want to worry about

because this is primarily what you will keep on your device locally. Now things like the

Google accounts app data and downloaded apps don't really matter because you can

either resign into the Google accounts, regain the app data once you download the apps which

you can do by downloading them from play store for the most part. So obviously that's not really

a big deal but photos and other things like that that are kept locally on your device if those are

removed and you don't have a backup of them anywhere well you permanently lose this data

So make sure you create a copy of it. Now with that being said we can now progress further by

selecting erase all data and do that once again and this will now begin factory resetting the

device. This process will take a couple minutes to finish up and once it's completed will be
