And we can try to remove it with the voluntary virus app by the first method and now I will show you that. So open the settings, go to the apps and go to the app management

Then check all of the apps on this list to check that you have any unwanted app, the app that you have not installed before, just something strange

If you see something like that just tap on it and click on install here. After that go to the apps again and open your web browser

Tap on the storage usage and go to the manage space. Now tap on the clear all data and click ok

And now your web browser should be free from notification softwares. But if that way doesn't work for you we can try to remove it by antivirus app
