Welcome and follow me in the Amazon Fire HD 10 and today I will show you how you
0:05
can boot this device into safe mode. To get started we're gonna hold our power button. From here you wanna hold power
0:16
off. This will then change into reboot to safe mode which we will confirm by
0:22
tapping on OK. This will initiate a reboot of the device and once the device
0:27
boots back up it will be in the safe mode. And as you can see now that the device is back up we have our safe mode which you
0:42
can see right right over here. It's barely visible but it's there. So this is
0:48
just to signify that we are right now in this mode. Now additionally you'll
0:52
probably see that some of your apps are gone from your home screen which is
0:57
completely normal because safe mode will hide third-party applications, apps that don't come with the device. So that's why you don't see some of the apps. Now as
1:09
you can see all the Amazon apps are still running which for something that
1:17
actually resembles Android this is kind of a I would argue a no-no because
1:24
technically all the apps that are present here like the Prime videos
1:28
Amazon Kids and so on should not be running right now. Should not be even
1:34
visible but you know Amazon needs to gather data on you so safe mode doesn't
1:40
disable it. Typically when you boot your device into safe mode it turns off
1:44
almost everything apart from like the essential apps like phone, dialer, messages, settings and so on. Usually things like Facebook, Amazon on typical
1:54
Android will be completely just turned off but not here. Now that being said
2:00
once you're done with this mode and you want to go back to the normal mode hold your power button again, select restart and once the device boots back up it
2:07
will automatically go back to normal mode. And with this being said if you

found this very helpful don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
