Hi! In front of me I have a HALO RT and I'm gonna show you how to measure the heart rate

on this device. Before you measure your heart rate make sure to put your watch on your wrist

and secure it tightly so it won't move around. I'm not gonna do that, I'm just gonna put

my finger behind the device right here on the sensors to demonstrate to you how to measure

the heart rate but my measurements probably won't be too accurate because I'm gonna be using the

finger of course. The watch should be on the wrist and it should be secured tightly so it doesn't

move around for the most accurate measurements. Okay I'm just gonna put my watch right here

So to measure the heart rate we need to wake up the screen on our watch. Of course to do it

we can press the upper button or just move the watch around and it should wake up the screen

After you wake up the screen swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen to open the menu and here

we have BPM option. Tap on it and now the watch should start measuring your heart rate. I'm just

gonna put my finger behind the sensor or on the sensor and wait. Let's wake up the screen again

And after a few seconds it should get my heart rate but as you can see it's not doing too well

Oh here we have it. Apparently my heart rate is 71, 72, around 75. Oh it's going up. Basically you

need to wait until this stabilizes and stays mostly in one place and that should be your

heart rate. Oh now it's tinying at 77. But like I said put your watch on your wrist and secure it

tightly so it won't move for most accurate measurements. And after you're done of course
