through recovery mode. Now this process does remove things like screen lags

so if you have one that you don't know this will allow you to get rid of it. So to get started with the process hold the power key no matter if the device is

locked or not. You can hold it and then select power off. Once the phone turns off hold power

and volume up at the same time. So there we go power and volume up

Once you see the Black Shark logo let go of the power key, keep holding volume up till you see

this screen right over here. Now from this screen you will want to select wipe data which we do need

to do using volume keys and then confirm the selection with power key and select wipe all data

again confirm it then confirm. Now it only takes about a second or so to finish up as you can see
