Welcome, in front of me is a realme C11 and today I'll show you how to hard reset the

device through recovery mode. Now to get started you want to hold the power key and from here slide down to power it off

Now once the device shuts off you then want to hold the power key and the volume down, both of them at the same time

And there we go, as you can see we have a language select right here so simply tap on

the language, I'm gonna stick with English. From here, hopefully it's visible, this is barely, let me see if I turn off the light

And from here tap on format data which is the second option, again format and this will

begin the process. So this will take a couple minutes, it will start removing all the personal data from
