reset this device through settings. So to get started open up settings

From here you want to scroll all the way down to system and then select reset options. In here you want to choose erase all data

factory reset. This will give you a list of data that will be removed

by performing this. So the ones that are important are your are the ones here the three last ones music photos and

user data. This will be typically data that you keep locally on the device and not in every case obviously some people

have their photos cloud stored so you don't need to worry about that. Cloud store will be safe but if you keep your photos locally on the device
