Welcome, I'm from the Lenovo Tab M10 and today I will show you how to hard reset the device

through recovery mode. This process will also remove a screen lock if you have one that you don't know the pattern

To begin, number one, we need to power off the device. And once it shuts off you want to hold volume up, volume down and power key

And once you see the Lenovo logo you can let go. As you can see we're now in recovery mode

So in this mode you will need to use volume keys to navigate and you want to select wipe

data factory reset. And once it's selected confirm it with power key

And select yes. Confirm it once more. And it will begin as you can see right here formatting data

And then the last thing you should see is data wipe complete. And reboot system now will be selected by default

So press power key once more to reboot the device and this will continue the process in the background

So it's going to take about a minute or so. But once it's finished we will be greeted with the Android setup screen
