Welcome. Enfonomi is an Infinix Zero Ultra and today I will show you how we can hard reset this device through recovery mode

Now this process will allow you to remove screen locks so if you have one set on your phone that you just don't know, you'll be able to get rid of it this way

Now additionally, if you are logged into Google account, this will make your device be FRP locked, meaning throughout the setup process, once the reset is finished

you'll need to verify IDD previously setup screen lock or Google account that was logged into this phone

I'll be also making a video afterwards how you can bypass this if you don't know either of those, so if you're interested in that, stay tuned

Now jumping back to this, so I'll be progressing right here from the lock screen as though I don't know my screen lock, so let's hold power key

then select power off. Now once the phone turns off, you want to hold power key and volume up, I believe, so let's hold both of those, power and volume up

So you'll feel a vibration, but you should also see a logo like this one. When you see the logo of Infinix, let go of the power key, but keep holding volume up

This will then take you to this screen right over here, so XOS with no command, so hold power key and press volume up once, which will then redirect you to recovery mode

And in this mode, using volume keys, you want to select wipe data, factory reset, confirm that selected option with a power key, and then select factory data reset the same way

As you can see, it's going to format data, then give you data wipe complete message, and at this point, reboot system now should be selected by default, so just confirm that

and simply wait for the factory reset to finish up, because it's still continuing in the background

Now this could take like a minute to two minutes to finish up, so I'm just going to let it run through and come back once it's complete

And as you can see, the process is now finished, and you can set up your phone however you like
