Here I have Cubot X30 and today I'm going to show you how to perform hard reset operation

on this device in case if you set a password, PIN or pattern on your device and unfortunately

you forgot it and you just can't unlock your device. What you have to do in that case, you just have to turn your device off first, next after

it turns off completely what you have to do is to hold down combination of keys power

Hold down power key and volume up like this. When you see this menu you can release both keys and here you have to use volume up key

to navigate and volume down to select. Navigate to the first option recovery mode and then select it with volume down
