How to Hard Reset CUBOT R19 via Settings – Wipe All Data

For now I'm using Cubot R19 and today I'll show you how you can hard reset the device

through settings. So to get started obviously you want to open up your settings application

From here scroll all the way down to System, tap on Advanced and choose Reset Options

where at the bottom of the list you'll find Erase All Data, Factory Reset

When you click on it, it gives you a message that performing this kind of operation will

remove things like your Google Account, System App and Datas, Downloaded Apps, Music Photos

and User Data. Now for the most part, more than half of these things you shouldn't really worry about, things

like Google Accounts, it doesn't delete your account, it just removes it from the phone

You can still log into it later on on different devices or even on this one

The same goes with System and App Data, you can just get it back, just System Data, it

doesn't really matter to you. Downloaded Apps, same thing, you can re-download them

But things that might matter to you are things like Music, Photos and User Data

So anything that I have basically put on the device yourself. So if you want to keep some of those things, you might want to backup beforehand

And assuming you have already made a backup or you simply don't want to, you can proceed

by tapping Reset Phone. If you have some kind of screen lag, do confirm it right here

And then select Erase Everything. On start it will begin the process, which will probably take a couple of minutes to

finish up. So I'm just going to let it run too and come back once it's finished

And as you can see, the process is now finished and you can set up your device however you like
