Welcome guys, today I'm with the Bang & Olufsen Beoplay E8 2.0 earbuds and I'm going to show you how I can fix the connection problem
0:11
So as you can see currently my earbuds are turned on But unfortunately I can't find them on the available devices list
0:21
When I try to connect them Just like that I will get the information that the pairing is rejected
0:28
I cannot link them with my smartphone So how to fix them? How to fix this problem
0:33
So at the first I can recommend you to go back on your phone and power off the Bluetooth
0:43
Another step, just grab earbuds and put them back to the charging case
0:48
Take a look on this indicator, currently it's blinking so we can simply close it
1:01
It's still blinking, we have to wait for like a few seconds until they automatically turn off
1:10
And right now we can simply open it Then take them off from the case
1:15
As you can see right now they are completely turned off, the indicator is turned on
1:21
So what do we have to do? We have to focus only on the right one
1:25
Take a look, that's the indicator inside And we have to click on it until this indicator just turns on
1:33
So click, take a look on the indicator, there it is Right now we can release and the indicator is blinking on the white
1:41
On the camera it looks like the blue but in real it's actually the white
1:46
So it's still not on the list So what do we have to do
1:51
We have to grab both earbuds and click and hold these touch control panels
1:58
for at least 5 seconds until this indicator turns to the blue
2:03
So just make it right now, click and hold them And take a look on this right indicator
2:11
So OK, one more time Click and hold
2:29
OK, right now it's blinking on the blue It's definitely solid blue light
2:34
So it means that right now they will be visible to our devices
2:38
So just go back, click to pair new device for another time
2:42
And right now they will be visible We have to just wait a little bit
2:48
As you can see, there it is And that's the B&O Play EA 2.0
2:53
So right now when we click on them We'll get the pairing request
2:59
So we are finally able to connect them to our Android smartphone
3:03
or iPhone or any other wireless device And as you can see, that's the fix of the connection problem
3:10
So just remember to power off Bluetooth on your device Turn them off, turn them on
3:17
Move to the pairing mode And you will be right here That's my method and it works in my case
3:24
And I hope that it will also work in your case So remember to leave a like, comment
