My name is Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S and today I'll show you how to hard reset the device

through settings. So to get started, let's open up our settings. From here you want to navigate to About Phone and then select Factory Reset and then Erase

All Data. This brings up a window letting you know that this will remove all the data from your phone

so if there's anything that you'd like to keep, maybe some kind of photos, music, maybe

some documents, something like that, do back it up beforehand, otherwise you will lose it permanently

Now assuming you have already done so or you simply don't want to, you can select Factory Reset and this will give you the message basically right here and on the next page as well

It is locked behind a timer so you do need to wait for some reason 10 seconds to press

Next and then 10 seconds to press OK because Xiaomi thinks you are completely incompetent

So let's just wait to confirm it. There we go. Now once you tap on OK this will begin the process which will take about a minute or
