The film is a sharp Aquis C10 and today I'll show you how to enable the do not disturb mode
0:12
So to get started all you need to do at the simple side is just pull down the notification panel and you have the toggle right here
0:19
top on it and it's enabled. Now if you want to set it up so it enables itself automatically with some schedules
0:26
you can actually hold it, actually it's first disabled and hold it and it takes you to set it up
0:29
to the settings. So from here you will see right here a couple of the ones that
0:35
come preloaded which have weeknight, weekend and event. Now we can tap on it to
0:44
actually get the description of how it will work so it works from Monday to
0:49
Sunday starts at 10 and ends at 7 so it's more when you're trying to go to
0:55
sleep. So no one interrupts you. And you can tap on each one of them and figure it out or you can tap on add more and create your own so you
1:06
could tap on here top you can type in any kind of name that you wish so whatever it doesn need to be anything specific just something that you will recognize and in here you will again have the same options that
1:21
can modify so you can top on days select each day that you want it to be affected in so for instance
1:27
i'm going to create one that is more keen to people that don't want to be disturbed while
1:33
being at work so monday through friday seems seems good enough start time
1:40
I want to go back start time I'll go to nine right here okay and end time we're
1:50
gonna put it at five and tap on okay and then you also do not disturb
1:59
preferences you have options here priority only alarm only or total silence now
2:04
the two bottom ones are well self-explanatory only alarms will be able to
2:08
interrupt you or nothing little you will basically make a sound from a device and priority only is a little bit of a more
2:16
customizable option so you could select priority only and then you also have the option that
2:23
alarm can override and time you can choose that on or off doesn really matter to at it however you like it And now let go back and let go to the priority only allows and here you have the options that you can set once you have chosen it in the
2:42
Set up there so from here messages and calls are the primary two candidates that you want to mess around with
2:49
once you top on either one of them you all have the same options so messages
2:53
this is what it allows so you can have messages from anybody which defeats the purpose of this
3:00
from contacts only so anybody that is on your contact list can reach you even though you have
3:05
doing a disturb mode which also seems a little bit counterintuitive like that it defeats the purpose
3:10
of it in my opinion and then you have the ones that I would deem wordy which is the from stared
3:16
contacts only which is a way of saying from your favorite contacts or none so those would be the two
3:23
ones that will be concerned about. So you could choose from third contact, and now only your favorite contacts will be able to call you
3:30
while you have the do not disturb mode. So, actually, this is message
3:34
Call is a separate one, which you can set it as well the same way. So if there is some emergency from your favorite contact you will be actually able to know it and they will be able to reach you and then you have repeat callers so it will basically block someone i think after
3:53
for 15 minutes once they call the same person calls a second time within 15 minute period
3:59
allow it so this is more of allow so you could actually turn that on assuming someone really wants
4:09
reach you they can call you twice in a row and they will be able to actually reach you the second
4:14
time not the first one so you can just check it on and now this setup that we have done here will
4:21
be affected by the priority that we have said just a moment ago and it's just right here so priority
4:28
only now like I said you can also change it to total silence or alarms only which will then
4:33
disregard whatever we have set in the settings of priority only and now at this time
4:39
It will turn on and off automatically, however it's set. And thus, basically, removes the need for you to actually turn it on manually from here
4:48
But that is how you would set it up. And if you found this very helpful, don't forget to hit like, subscribe, and thanks for watching
