So starting off you can pull out the notification from the top like so and once more to extend

it and you will see a little moon icon right here under it do not disturb

So you can either tap it to activate it or you can hold it to go to the settings where

you can customize it further. And basically if you tap it you enable it manually kind of like if you do it right now

through this and you would have to also disable it manually once you enable it whenever you

want it to be off. Or as you can see it also here is enabled by default automatic although it has no days
