First we need to wake up the screen on our watch and you can do it by pressing

any of the buttons. Once you wake up the screen press the crown button to open

the menu. Then scroll through the menu, find the settings icon and tap on it to

here scroll down find the option called nightstand mode and tap on it. And here

we can enable or disable the nightstand mode by tapping on this switch right
