Welcome! In front of me I have Polar Grid X and I'm gonna show you how to enable and how to disable the Do Not Disturb mode on this watch

First we need to open the menu and you can do it by pressing the back button

After you open the menu you can scroll through it by using the touch screen or by using the up and down buttons

I'm gonna use the buttons so I'm gonna scroll through the menu, find the settings icon and once you find the settings icon you can tap on it or press the middle button to enter

Once you enter the settings, select the general settings option, then scroll down, find the Do Not Disturb and select it

And here we have couple options. We have off, on and on with the time frame

If you want to enable the mode, select the on option and then confirm by pressing the button or by tapping on it

Like this. The status of the Do Not Disturb mode will change to on which indicates that the mode is enabled

And if you want to disable it you can simply select the Do Not Disturb mode in general settings and select off

You can also select the on option with the time on it

Basically you can set up a schedule for it so it's gonna turn on automatically and turn off automatically at certain times

So select on with the time, then set the starting hour, so basically the hour on which it should turn on

So set the hour, then minutes, then press the button again, then set the end time

Like that. And it will be enabled and you will see the time frame right here

Okay. Let's disable it and go back to watch face. Like this. And you can enable Do Not Disturb mode another way

You can do it by swiping down from the top of the screen on the watch face to open the Equic panel

Here you can scroll through the icons and you should see the customized icon

Tap on it, then scroll down, find the Do Not Disturb mode option, check the box next to it
