In front of me is a Samsung Galaxy A13 and today I'll show you how you can enable and

set up your portable hotspot. Now to get started, pull down your notification panel, expand it and look for the hotspot

toggle which for me is right over here. So once you locate it, considering you're doing this the first time around, you want

to hold this toggle. This will take you into the settings where you can customize a couple of the things

So we have network name which is going to be the name of the device, easy to find

Then we have the password which is randomly generated garbage so let's select configure

and select our password and completely remove this one because it's just garbage

And your new password needs to have 8 characters in length at which point you will be able

to save it. And that's basically all I would recommend changing. You can go also into AP band and change it to 5 GHz if you want to and if the device

that you're going to be connecting to this with supports it. If you're not sure you can change it to 5 if you can't see your hotspot at all once

you have turned it on. It means that whatever device you're trying to use just simply doesn't support 5 GHz

And obviously the easiest way would be just to not bother if you don't care for the extra

a little bit of a performance that it will give you over the 2.4 and the additional stability

because that's basically what you get by going with the 5 GHz instead of the 2.4

Under advanced we have a couple additional settings but I wouldn't really recommend changing
