Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Oppo A90 for 5G and let me share with you how to check total screen time on this device

So first of all let's enter the settings and here let's scroll down to the very bottom, almost very bottom, to find Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls

If you will open this option for the very first time you will have to pick between the Wellbeing and Controls, so just tap on Show Your Data at the very top

As you can see we've been immediately transferred to the graph which will show us for how long we've been using this device today and you can check that I've been using it for 44 minutes and which apps were in use

So we've got two different ways to check some further details. We can tap directly inside the graph and we will be transferred to the dashboard which is connected to the whole screen, so whole screen time

You can change the screen time to the notifications received and times opened, so it's up to you

And of course the second way to check the details is to tap directly on the app and again we've got the dashboard but it is connected tightly to the app, not the whole screen

And again you can change the screen time to the notifications and the times opened and from daily to hourly, so it's up to you of course which option is most comfortable for you to check

Here we've got also the Unlocks and Notifications count and under it we've got the ways to disconnect which are quite cool and I really think they're worth mentioning

So we've got the dashboard Bedtime Mode and Focus Mode and you can use them if you really need to focus, you need to rest, you want to sleep or you want to work

You can just set the Focus Mode and select some distracting apps, so for example the apps from which you are receiving most notifications

After that you can set a schedule, so you can pick particular days, you can pick the start and end time and you can tap on Set

And from this moment after setting a schedule your device will simply limit the notifications from the distracting apps, so that's quite a cool option

And under it you've got the Reduce Interruptions, you can manage the notifications or you can set the Start Mode which are default in all devices
