Hello, in front of me I have Garmin Forerunner 735XT and I'm going to show you how to change

the time settings on this device. First let's press the right upper button to open the activity menu, then press the down

button right here to open the system menu. Now let's scroll up by pressing the up button, select the settings option and press the right

upper button to enter. Here scroll up again by pressing the up button, like that, select the system and press the

right upper button to enter. Now let's scroll down by pressing the down button, like this, select the clock option

and press the right upper button to enter. And now let's scroll down by pressing the down button, find the option called set automatically
