Hello, today I'm going to show you how to change your signature in Outlook

As you can see I'm using the Outlook app, the desktop app, and it looks the same as

you would log in to Outlook via the browser and yeah, it just works and looks the same. So it doesn't matter

if you're using the app or the browser version. So what you're gonna do to edit your signature is to go to the settings, which is in the top right corner

and now go to account settings. As you can see right here, and you can find the settings called signatures

If you just don't want to click, you can just type signatures

and as you can see there's the option called email signature and it is going to send you to the same

option like going through accounts and signatures. So as you can see

if you want to change your signature, you need to select the specific signature that you are using

As you can see at the bottom of these options there are, you know, select default signatures

right here and for new messages we have selected the signature that is called test
